Off To School!

I am a big boy now....I went to my first day of school today!  Now I can go to school like my girls.  I got a new backpack and a Paw Patrol lunch bag and some crayons and stuff.

I was so excited to be going with them.  Mommy and Daddy went into my classroom and showed me where to put my my backpack.  I was too shy to stand by my teacher.  But she is nice.  We played with play doh.  And I colored a picture of my hands.  I like to color.  And I have some friends but I don't know their names.  

And I ate pancakes for my first lunch!  Pancakes for lunch that was so funny.  I liked my first day of preschool.  Then Daddy came to pick me up. 

(Look Mommy and Daddy forgot to fix my backpack straps!  Well, it is the first day for everybody.)

The J-Man in Florida

 

We went to the beach in Florida.  Me and Riley and Luci and Mommy, Daddy.  And also Rowan and baby Maggie and Aunt Sissy and Steven.  Who else?  Jack.  And Landon and Kevin and Kristie.  Oh yeah, and Gram and Papi.  That is a lot of people!  All of my families!

In Florida they have the beach.  The beach is fun.  Making sandcastles and rolling in the sand.  We dug some holes and put the ocean water in them.  And we go on the beach and take pictures.  

We went to fish restaurant with a lot of monies on the walls.  They had a bird in there but it was sleeping.  And in Florida they have nice big pool to swim in too.

And I do some amazing cannonball jumps!

Do I have enough sun screen on? I did it myself.

I'm ready to work!  I like to help by wearing work glubs (gloves) on my feet.  But I do have glasses on.  Safety first!

Cubs Game

We went to the Cubs game in Cincinnati to see my favorite player Kris Bryant and Rizzo and Javy.  I was at my house getting ready for the Cubs game today practicing my pitching with Cubs glove.

(I know all about the leg kick but I just need to get it on my front leg :-) )

I took the glove to the game to catch a baseball but we didn't catch any baseballs by us.  They were too far.  The Lord Boys came to the game with us.  I had fun with Carter and Aaron (aka two of the Lord Boys).

The Cubs won the game in 15 innings but we had to leave after the 10th inning because it was too late.

Yay I'm Potty-trained!

Yaayyyy!  I go poop and pee in the potty now...and that means that I can go to preschool.  Are you proud of me?

1st Soccer Season

I play soccer at the Y.  Me and my Daddy play soccer at my house.  At my new house.  This time I play with kids at the Y.  I am on the blue team and we are called the Sharks!  But we don't swim in the water like sharks!

 

On the first game, I didn't let go of Mommy or Daddy's hand.  I was too shy to play by myself. But then I wasn't scared anymore and I liked playing.   I would kick the ball and run.  And it was fun to kick the ball in the goal. 

I like to get the ball out of the net and give it back to the girl.  I threw the ball in the air and kicked it to her. (the ref had to laughingly tell him like 3 times to stop punting the ball - he was pushing a yellow card if they handed those out for 3 year olds)

It was a good thing that I wasn't scared anymore.  My coach was nice and I like to give him high fives.  I had as much fun playing with my coach as the soccer game.  And I got a soccer medal for playing so good.  I wear it on my neck like a necklace.  I can't wait to play again.
